This was our first home-buying experience, and Ted was just the guy to have on our side. He helped us look at a few condos that we thought we were interested in seeing and was flexible when we did a 180 in what we were looking for. He was responsive to all of our questions about this unknown (to us) home-buying process and inquiries about places we saw online. At showings, Ted was great in his practicality and considering aspects of a home that we didn’t think about. It was so helpful to have that extra eye when you have so many things you’re thinking about in your house search. Ted was really supportive and went the extra mile when we went out of state on a pre-planned vacation that happened to coincide with negotiations and getting things in order to make an offer and deposit on our new home. Throughout the whole process, Ted was a knowledgeable guide and interpreter from the showings, to the inspection, to the closing, and there’s no doubt who our first call will be when we’re ready to move on to the next place.
