JohnOur 1 year anniversary in the condo is creeping up and has made be reflect back on the experience of purchasing our first home. We are lucky enough to have been in the hands of Ted who embodies everything a realtor should be and more. We always felt bad about ‘bothering’ him or asking him the same question multiple times but he never once made us feel like idiots or a burden. He made us feel like a top priority in his book, even though we weren’t by any means ‘bid spenders’!
