Worked with Ted back in 2010 to buy a 2-flat in Chicago on the Northwest side. He was great throughout that process, so when it was time to sell last year, worked with Ted again and he sold the place quickly and got us a great price. Always professional and super responsive at all times- really a joy to work with.
