CramerWe love our new house and Ted! My boyfriend and I decided to work with Ted per a friend’s recommendation and we couldn’t have been any happier with that decision. We bought our first home with Ted’s help. We knew nothing about home ownership or the buying process and he made us feel comfortable with all our newbie questions. He went above and beyond to make himself available for last minute home showings, late night phone and text questions. We will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Chicago!
